The office buzzes with ringing phones and cheerful voices against a backdrop of bright orange and turquoise walls, tall cacti in glossy white pots, and the backdrop of Camelback Mountain. In this sunny, open-concept space, the clicking of keyboards can be heard as orders are processed and customers are served.
But, this is not your traditional e-commerce company taking orders and shipping goods; this is DollarDays. And at the other end of the phones are hundreds of nonprofits, schools, churches and other charitable organizations trying to do the most good within their often-limited budgets.
