hayne Neuwirth sees her role as a Certified Public Accountant as an opportunity to provide accounting services while being savvy, attentive, and approachable. After graduating from the University of Arizona followed by obtaining her post-baccalaureate in Accountancy from Arizona State University, Neuwirth worked in the homebuilding and airline industries before developing her affinity for working with small businesses and taxes. “I enjoy being able to provide meaningful advice and witness the positive impact I can have for clients,” she says. As the Principal of Shayne R. Neuwirth CPA PLLC, a woman owned and operated CPA firm in Scottsdale, Neuwirth has provided tax, accounting, and consulting services to both individual and business clients since 2011. Her firm was established to create an atmosphere where clients receive individualized attention and exceptional service while focusing on business owner’s strategy and tax mitigation.

Leveraging technology ensures a seamless process for Neuwirth’s clients. In fact, her tax clients are able to have the entire tax return process done virtually thanks to a secure portal, Zoom Tax Appointments, and digital signature software. “We have a dedicated team that treats our clients' business as our own and we try to be proactive and responsive to our clients’ needs while making ourselves available to them,” Neuwirth says. Creating a caring, empathetic and responsive company culture remains at the forefront of Neuwirth’s business. Thanks to these guiding principles, Shayne R. Neuwirth CPA PLLC has been ranked #1 by Ranking Arizona for CPA firms of 3 CPAs or less in 2021, 2020, 2019 and Neuwirth has been recognized as one of five most influential accountants for 2021 by Arizona Business Leaders annual publication. In 2021, it was announced that Neuwirth’s firm is part of the ASU Sun Devil 100, which celebrates

the achievements of Arizona State University alumni business leaders. “Seeing other women succeed in business while being married and having children is what fuels and motivates me,” she says. “Starting a business for me was inevitable. I was always great with processes and with people and I look up to other women who were able to pave the path and create amazing careers while balancing a family life.” Neuwirth served on the board for Girls on The Run, is a board member of the Miracle League of Arizona and is a member of The Joyride Society.
