Plant Maintenance Full-Time Position
Prior experience required. Applicant must have experience with processing equipment, electric motors and drives, welding and other aspects of industrial maintenance. Compensation based on pay history and experience level.
1. Certified Technician with at least 2 years experience with the following franchises: Chrysler, Ford or General Motors, will consider others 2. Service Technician with maintenance level experience with the desire to train in advanced classes. AFC Training is a plus. We will train right person. 3. Automotive Detailer/Internal Technician, No experience required.

BENEFITS OF BEING A TECHNICIAN IN THE FILLBACK FAMILY OF DEALERSHIPS: • HIGHEST compensation packages for the highest skilled technicians • 401K,Health Insurance, Dental,Vision,Flex Spending Accounts • Start at 14 days of Paid Vacation and Earn More DUTIES OF TECHNICIAN: • Conferring with customers and service advisors to obtain descriptions of vehicle problems, and to discuss work needed to be performed and future repair requirements. • Performing quality inspections of vehicle repairs prior to returning the vehicle to the customer. • Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems (engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning, etc. • Communicating directly with the service advisor, so customers can be educated if any additional service is needed. If additional repairs are needed, provide an accurate estimate of additional time needed to complete repairs. • Test-driving vehicles, and testing components and systems, using equipment such as infrared engine analyzers, compression gauges and computerized diagnostic devices. • Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications. QUALIFICATIONS OF TECHNICIANS: • Must have some level of instructor led automotive training (e.g. high school automotive, vocational, college, technical school, OEM, etc.) • Must have working knowledge of shop equipment such as wheel and tire equipment, alignment system, diagnostic equipment, AC equipment, etc.
