Think Local!

NAME OF BUSINESS: Fillback Family of Dealerships Year established: 1948 Tell us a little about your business: What do you do? We are a family owned, full-service new and used car dealership. We do everything…from sales, to financing, to service and maintenance of all makes and models How many “neighbors” do you employ? We currently employ 30 neighbors at our Richland Center location. Recognizing you can do business anywhere…why are you here? In 2000 we were looking to expand and The team at Fillback Family of Dealership open a satellite service location. An are always “Thinking Local” opportunity to purchase property came up to meet this goal and then later in 2000 we expanded to used car sales. In 2003 we added the sales of New Ford vehicles, and then in 2011 we purchased Richland County Chrysler. In 2011 we merged the two dealerships and moved to our present location on Hwy 14 east. Being family owned and operated, Richland Center felt like a great fit for our business model. We enjoy and have great respect for the people, their hard work ethic and generosity of this great community. What’s the one thing you wish everyone knew about your business? We are the dealership where the customer is first since 1948, and we work extra hard to make that happen each and every day. What makes your business unique? We are a 3rd generation business, having been family owned for 69 years, and we are still growing and changing every day. Other than providing jobs and paying taxes what are some other ways you give back to the community? We do multiple “drive one for your school and your community” events, that have raised over $100,000 for our local schools and organizations. In addition, we support G.R.A.C.E. and the local K-9 unit. Parting thoughts….please share anything else you’d like our readers to know: We offer service pickup and drop off. We come to our clients, pickup their car, complete the work and return it – hassle free! We will go the extra mile to earn and keep your business.
