Attraction Operations Manager The House on the Rock is seeking a 2nd Operations Manager to assist the Director of Operations and other Operations Manager. This position will help with managing the day to day functions of The House on the Rock for the Food, Gift, Admissions, Tour and Housekeeping Departments. This position will primarily focus on the Food area and is not an office position. The primary duties of the Operations Manager require a hands-on managerial style and a complete willingness to work alongside front line Team Members of all ages. Position will work a schedule that includes weekends and holidays and needs to be able to work in and enjoy our fast paced peak season as well as our slower paced off season. This position works all year and is not seasonal. This position is expected to lead by example and assist personally with Guest volume, staffing issues and being prepared for the day. This is an entry level supervisory position and the ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of leadership experience in the hospitality industry and be willing to learn the business from the inside out.
