Fennimore Railroad Museum
Features a shiny, black 1907 Davenport 2-60 narrow gauge steam engine in front of the museum honoring the “Dinky,” a train line which ran between Fennimore & Woodman. Grant County Courthouse
Built in 1902, is an historic copper-domed county courthouse building located at 126 West Main Street in Lancaster, WI. Designed by Armand D. Koch in the Classical Revival style, it was built of red sandstone. On October 19, 1978, it was added to the National Register of Historic Places. Patterned after St. Peter’s Basilica in Rome. The Courthouse is also the site of the first Civil War monument in the United States.
