Think Local!

NAME OF BUSINESS: K & K Kurbing Year established: We were established in 2014. Tell us a little about your business: What do you do? We make custom concrete curbs and concrete statuary of all sizes and shapes. And, we also have a wide range of products to enhance your landscaping while minimizing your work load. How many “neighbors” do you employ? We currently employ 2-3. Recognizing you can do business anywhere…why are you here? Richland Center has been my home The crew at K&K Kurbing are always “Thinking Local” town since I was small. We enjoy the area and the people. What’s the one thing you wish everyone knew about your business: The customizations and variety of goods and services we offer. Often times our customers have individualized ideas about the shape and design of their curbing. There are many colors and textures that can be used. Stop in and see samples of our curbing – you might find one you love! Or, you might be inspired to custom design you own. Either way, we’re your best bet! Mulch is an important component to many landscape designs. We offer rubber mulch Our mulch has colors that are richer waranteed for 10 years. Our most common are red and brown – but there is a wide pallet to choose from. It is a bigger expense the first year – but after a few years and with our warranty – the later years are basically free. What makes your business unique? The fact that we can take your dreams and make them a reality! Other than providing jobs and paying taxes what are some other ways you give back to the community? Donations, sponsors and the ability to make your lawn scapes yours and beautify the neighborhood. Parting thoughts….please share anything else you’d like our readers to know: Most all our merchandise is handmade or customized for our customers. Our mission is to challenge your imagination and exceed your expectations. If you’re looking for a gift for Mother’s Day (which is not that far off), check us out! We’re sure to have something in stock to put a smile on her face. Address: 250 W. Court Street, Richland Center Phone: 608-393-3852 Tune into WRCO this Wednesday during the news at noon and listen in as they interview the folks at the K&K Kurbing. Thank you everyone who participated in the “Think Local” campaign!
