Residential Development Balmedie, Aberdeenshire Architectural Assistant / Architect Consultation / Planning / Building Warrant / On-Site Consultation A residential development of 29 units (1 commercial) on the Old Road to Aberdeen from Balmedie. The site slopes steeply up to the A90, making it difficult to develop. The resultant development is a dense urban solution, working with the natural contours as much as possible and our solution maximises the potential of the site, to the agreement of the surrounding residents, who were consulted at various stages through the design process.
