Your Client Care & Design team will project manage the entire process — from a detailed project plan, getting estimates, sourcing materials, scheduling the work and trade management. We even facilitate storage and get you started with moving boxes to make everything as easy as possible.

We bring in our trusted inspection partner Carson Dunlop to ensure no stone has been left unturned before you list. If they find something of concern, we’ll help you remediate it.

Now that your home has been optimized, our Staging and Styling team draws from over 5,000 sq ft of curated furnishings and accessories to layer your home and makes an emotional connection with buyers.
