Glyphosate by Rhonda Varsane Glyphosate, the herbicide: Rodeo, and Pondmaster or as most of us know it, Round-Up, is used worldwide. The United States uses 25% of the world’s glyphosate. It is found in our air, water, soil, in mother, fetus, child, and in the rest of us. Glyphosate causes nutritional deficiencies and toxins in humans, animals, and plants. Simply put, Glysophate binds or chelates minerals making them unavailable for processing by the human body, causing nutritional deficiencies.

Minerals which the body uses are: Iron, Zinc, Copper, Selenium, Iodine, Fluorine, Chromium, Sodium, Potassium, Calcium, Phosphorus, Magnesium, Manganese, Sulphur, Silicon, Cobolt, Argon, Beryllium, Boron, Cerium, Helium, Lanthanum, Scandium, Argon, Titanium, Cobalt, Molybdenum, Aluminium, Chromium, Lead, Neodymium, Selenium, Titanium, Tin, Silver, Rubidium, Nickel, Mercury, and Neon “Minerals are inorganic chemicals your body must have in order to metabolize food; heal wounds; build soft tissue, blood and bone; keep your nervous, muscular and endocrine systems functioning properly; and distribute oxygen to your cells.” http://www.livestrong.com/article/241641-list-of-foods-high-in-minerals/#ixzz2dySmjYnk According to Merck's online medical encyclopedia, meats like beef, liver, poultry, lamb and pork are the best sources of iron, BUT if the animal is fed Round-Up Ready corn (which all animal grain is gmo) the minerals will bind making them unavailable to them and to you. And... Glyphosate’s shuts down the Shikimate Acid pathways in plants and microbes on a molecular level.

By eating non-Organic fruits, vegetables, herbs grains and beans we are ingesting Glyphosate. Glyphosate is sprayed on product, used in the soil, or used as a drying agent, so one crop may have multiple applications and exposures. We also are exposed to Glyphosate through Round-Up Ready crops such as corn, canola, cotton, wheat, soy beans to name a few. One of Glyphosate's mode of action is to inhibit an enzyme involved in the synthesis of the aromatic amino acids (a subset of amino acids): tyrosine, tryptophan and phenylalanine. Glyphosate, by removal of the natural process of our microbe’s Shikimate Acid pathway, can be proved to be the lead factor in Autism, Alzheimer’s, Diabetes, Heart Disease, Leaky Gut Syndrome, Obesity, Parkinson’s, Tryptophan-Seratonin production, infertility, other abdominal problems, aggression and more.

Here is an overview of Tyrosine: “Tyrosine is a nonessential amino acid the body makes from another amino acid called phenylalanine. It is a building block for several important brain chemicals called neurotransmitters, including epinephrine, norepinephrine, and dopamine. Neurotransmitters help nerve cells communicate and influence mood. Tyrosine also helps produce melanin, the pigment responsible for hair and skin color. It helps in the function of organs responsible for making and regulating hormones, including the adrenal, thyroid, and pituitary glands. It is involved in the structure of almost every protein in the body. …Low levels have been associated with low blood pressure, low body
