Obituary Peter Fulton Arbon – 27 February 1947 to 4 April 2017 Peter very sadly passed in Brisbane Australia after a typically courageous 8 month fight with cancer. Longtime RHKYC big boat sailor – later notorious Hobie club skipper and Kellett Golf Society Founder- Member and long-serving, doubtless Best-Captain-Ever, ‘Pedro’ quietly crossed the bar during the First Watch on 4 April. He will be remembered for his determination, engineering, sailing and golf skills and especially his sly sense-ofhumour. His late-night stamina in the various post-race dives and 19th holes so very many of us shared with him were legendary. Survived by wife Lolita and daughters Felicia and Natasha. Michael Gurdon Palin – Michael passed away peacefully on Thursday, 11 May 2017 in the New Forest, UK. Dearly loved husband of Libby and devoted father of Olivia and Amanda. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends in the UK, in Hong Kong and around the world. Service of Thanksgiving at All Saints Parish Church, Milford on Sea, on Thursday, 25 May at 1430hrs, following a private cremation earlier in the day.
