SHORT-TERM TRAINING Reynolds Community College partners with the Community College Workforce Alliance (CCWA) to offer short-term training and workforce credentials that help move people into high-demand jobs quickly. For the person looking for a new job, nothing gives you a better chance of landing that job than having the required industry credential. CCWA offers many workforce credential programs, some at Reynolds and others at John Tyler Community College. These classes are delivered in an intensive, short-term format, and focused on industries that may have a shortage of workers and high demand for new applicants. Known as FastForward, these programs have a goal to fast-track individuals to earn a credential that results in a good paying job.
