SHORT-TERM TRAINING Reynolds Community College partners with the Community College Workforce Alliance (CCWA) to offer short-term training and workforce credentials that help move people into high-demand jobs quickly. For the person looking for a new job, nothing gives you a better chance of landing that job than having the required industry credential. CCWA offers many workforce credential programs, some at Reynolds and others at John Tyler Community College. These short-term courses are delivered in an intensive, short-term format, and focused on industries that may have a shortage of workers and high demand for new applicants. Known as FastForward, these programs have a goal to fast-track individuals to earn a credential that results in a living wage. Financial support is available for the following programs:
