Objectives and profile of the Conference
LUBMAT was a common initiative between Tekniker and Jost Institute for Tribotechnology which realized that even though there were numerous international congresses dealing with the scientific approach for lubrication and wear, there were not any specific industrially focused. First LUBMAT was held in Preston (UK) in 2006 and a second edition in San Sebastián (Spain in 2008) confirmed the successful profile of the Conference. Based on the previous experiences, the present event has extended the tackled subjects to anyone related to maintenance and tribotechnology too. Contributions are expected on all aspects of those issues. Apart from the Conference itself, there will be several training courses the day before (5th June 2012) with an independent registration. Likewise an exhibition will be available for interested firms.
