Great Food and Wine at the Flower Show The 2011 Philadelphia International Flower Show, Springtime in Paris, offers special attractions including culinary presentations every day by some of the area’s top chefs. Hosted by Chef Joseph Shilling with assistance from Philadelphia’s JNA Institute of Culinary Arts, these free cooking demonstrations will be held three times each day during the Show. Stop by to learn the latest tips and tricks from the experts. Culinary Demonstrations take place each day during the Flower Show, March 6 to 13, on the Concourse in Room 204C at Noon, 1:30 pm, and 3:00 pm. Highlights this year include executive chef Nicholas Elmi from Philadelphia’s worldrenowned Le Bec Fin restaurant and natural foods expert Christina Pirello. Check theflowershow.com for a full schedule. And, what would a trip to Paris be without a nice glass of wine? The PA Wine and Spirits store will be hosting free wine tastings in the Grand Hall.
