Local clients can work one on one with a representative who can come to your school or facility. Step 2: Submit a sketch, photo or idea including color and fabrics. Step 3: Our designers will sketch the final product for your approval. Step 4: Once you approve the sketch you will receive an estimate via email to verify sizes, color and quantity. Purchase Orders: Purchase orders ae accepted from public schools, colleges and universities and will be invoiced at Net 30 terms. PO’s must include the following: PO number, signature, correct style numbers, list colors and fabrics, quantity and sizes, total amount due, performance date, and shipping and handling charges. Sizers: We can provide you with prototype sizers that will become a part of your order. This will allow you to try them on your dancers and make certain of the fit you are desiring. We ask that you contact us within 7 business days to finalize your order after receiving the sizers. Rush orders: Reverence University does our very best to accommodate every customer. We understand last minute needs and will work with you in finding a solution for those last minute orders. Fill ins: If you are needing to restock costumes from a previous order with us, please make sure to state the previous order number as well as the style number you would like to reorder. We might require you to send us a costume to ensure we can color match the fabric and identify the components. Receiving your shipment: Once you have received your order, please immediately check to make sure all colors, sizes and costume count are correct. In the event you receive damaged or incorrect items, make sure to keep all garments and paperwork and contact us as soon as possible. Any errors regarding your order must be conveyed to customer service within 5 business days. Payment terms: A minimum of 50% down is required on all orders. Credit cards, money order, cashiers check, and company checks are all accepted forms of payment. Sales tax will only be charged to those doing business in TX unless we have a tax exemption form on file for your school or business. They will work one on one with you from the very beginning of the process and see you through to the very end.
