Automatically setup default room light scene and AC temperature condition to be occupied.

Room lighting can be controlled by the back lit touch scene control panel. Controllers can set scenes, dim and turn on/off lamps individually or ALL lamps.

AC temperature and fan speed can be adjusted by the guest.

Guest presses the checkout switch and the information is immediatly sent to reception. to speed up the checkout process and avoid the guest waiting. After the guest checks out the room conditions will resume to a default setting ready for the next guest.

Thermostat control shall activate Energy saving mode when guests are not present to save on running costs.

ROOM CONNECTIONS MAP

Retrotouch hotel guest room management software provides a user friendly software interface to monitor and control hotel room conditions from a central location, and allows access to control each room in Client or Server mode through Internet TCP or IP protocol. This dynamically displays the room conditions in various intuitive and interactive methods. The sorftware can operate on multi-platform(such as UNIX,LINUS,WINDOWS). Client software (Computers of reception, guest room, engineering, manager departments etc) can have an intuative graphical interface which is easy to learn and simple to operate. It will seamlessly integrate with hotel management software such as OPERA. CSHIS, WESTSOFT and PMSPMS etc.

FUNCTIONS • Status Notification: Software will automatically display different icons once the room conditions have been changed. Ex: occupied, unoccupied, DND, MUR, etc. • AC Remote Control: Automatically switch on the AC once guests finish check in, which keeps the room temperature comfortable to welcome the guests. • Card Identity Recognition: Guest card, Staff card, Administrator card, three difference cards can be authorized with different rights. • Real-Time Temperature Display: temperature alarm function is available when the temperature is too high or too low. • Service Response: room service guests request will show with time of request.
