The holiday tradition continues as Bellingrath Gardens and Home celebrates Magic Christmas in Lights. Stroll through over 3 million sparkling lights and over 950 displays throughout the 65 acre Garden estate. The Bellingrath Home is decorated in its holiday finery and poinsettias encompass the Gardens. Nightly choral performances are held on the South Terrace of the Bellingrath Home. A fun family event for everyone, guests can also have their photographs taken with Santa and find the perfect holiday gift can be found for that someone special in Bellingrath's magnificently stocked Gift Shop. The Retreat at Schillinger Apartments Christmas Crafts with Mrs. Charie December 5, 2012 we will be having one of our residents come to the clubhouse and show us some fun and easy holiday crafts you can do at home! Event starts at 4:30 and will be available until 6pm! Don’t miss out on this spectacular and money saving affair!
Holiday Hoopla What’s a Holiday Hoopla you ask? That’s a great question! It’s a Christmas Market with vendors from around Mobile, that will be setup at the clubhouse. We hope that it can help make your Christmas shopping a little easier, or even cater to yourself when you stop in.
Here’s just a few of the vendors that we will have here: Stella & Dot, Mary Kay, Been There, Bella Jupe, Scentsy, and many more. Everyone and anyone are invited. It will be Wednesday, December 13th from 6pm to 9pm.
Polar Express Pajama Party December 19 from 6 pm to 8 pm we will be showing the popular Christmas film, The Polar Express in the theater room! This event is for residents of ALL ages, young and small. The only requirement is you HAVE to wear your PAJAMAS!!! We will be serving pizza and as a nice treat serving HOT COCOA! Mmmmmmm
Also, we will be passing out to our kids their own Secret Santa Key to hang outside their door on Christmas Eve. If you will not be able to attend this event with your child, stop by our office anytime to pick up your own Secret Santa Key!
