The Dauphin Area Retired Teachers’ Association (DARTA) is a busy, vibrant and highly social Chapter of RTAM, with a paid membership of 70+ individuals and a complement of inactive members. • DARTA is currently testing a mixed schedule of breakfast, lunch or supper meetings that regularly attract an attendance of between 25 to 30 members. • DARTA regularly organizes a variety of social and volunteer-based activities in order to attract and keep the interest of its members. • DARTA was the local chapter host for the
May 2013 RTAM Annual General Meeting held in Dauphin. Hosting that AGM locally gave many members a great opportunity to better understand the RTAM organization. Currently, three chapter members are serving on the
Board of Directors of RTAM. Annually, DARTA also has several chapter members who attend the RTAM Annual General Meeting of RTAM. • DARTA is presently planning an April, 2018, social evening to celebrate the 25th
Anniversary of their Chapter.
