Personal and professional development All our collaborators have an annual performance evaluation, within which their work is evaluated based on the objectives established by each area management. Each area manager shares the needs of his or her team and, based on this, we analyze scenarios for continuous professional and personal improvement.

At least two trainings per month. Each year the directors have the opportunity to share a seminar in Europe.
