Dermal Fillers As you may be aware from information in the media, the UK regulatory authorities do not licence dermal filler products, or the Clinicians who administer them. At Renew Medica we only use 3 brands of product: Restylane, Juvederm or Evolence. These products are manufactured by major international companies and are licensed by the US regulatory authority, the FDA, (Food and Drug Administration). All treatments are carried out by experienced Doctors, Dentists or Nurses, with extensive training in dermal filler techniques. The different products have different benefits. Your Clinician will discuss them with you at consultation.

Terms and conditions: treatment courses Treatments can only be provided following a complete assessment of a client’s suitability for treatment. Renew Medica reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment at any time if a client is considered to be unsuitable for treatment. Payment for the full cost of the course must be made at the time of the first treatment. Courses are purchased for designated area(s). They cannot be used for the treatment of other body areas. 48 hours notice is required for all cancellations, or a cancellation fee of £50 will be applied or 50% of the cost of the treatment session will be charged. Any client who fails to attend an appointment that is part of a pre-paid course will be required to pay the cancellation fee before receiving any further treatment. Please refer to Terms & Conditions for full details. ‘Off-peak’ courses can only be used for treatment sessions completed within the designated off-peak time for the clinic. Availability of off-peak appointments is limited, and purchase of a course does not guarantee the availability of appointment slots at the client’s chosen time. Courses are not refundable. If treatment cannot be continued for medical reasons, the remaining value of unused treatments can be taken as credit against another Renew Medica service or the purchase of products. The course of treatments must be completed within 15 months of the date of purchase. Purchase of top-up courses is restricted to clients who have already received 6 treatments, (either as a course or single treatments), on the specific area to be treated. No further offers or discounts can be applied to the purchase of top-up courses. Multiple area discounts are only applicable to standard prices for courses or single treatments.
