The RE/MAX Career Development Model was specifically developed for agents wanting to build a career with RE/ MAX. All facets of the business are studied and discussed. The career path programme for Sales Associates encompasses training for newcomers to the industry and for advanced and experienced Sales Associates that want to take their career to the next level. While each country has obligatory industry training that is provided as part of the career path programme for RE/ MAX Sales Associates, our core entry modules for RE/MAX Sales Associates are as follows:

1. RE/MAX & YOU A full day orientation programme conducted by the regional management, highlighting the regional infrastructure, career development activities, networking events and new tools and technology.

2. SUCCEED AGENT MENTORING This exclusive and comprehensive programme provides Sales Associates with all the tools and support needed to start earning income immediately. The content is delivered by experienced mentors who understand the real estate business and care about the success of Sales Associates. Over an eight week period, the Sales Associate will receive hands-on, in-person training that will teach them how to: • Create leads that turn into sales • Effectively interview and qualify potential buyers and sellers • Show property and hold a successful open house • Address buyer and seller concerns using effective dialogue • Successfully demonstrate a marketing strategy to the seller • Complete all of the paperwork that an agent is required to process • Price property and complete estimates of proceeds • Educate consumers about home enhancements • Prepare and present an offer to purchase
