Where do you see yourself in five years? In five years, I hope to have made a significant impact in this company along with a meaningful impact in this industry and established myself as a thought leader and expert in the field. What’s the best piece of advice someone has given you? Be confident in who you are and what you are capable of. Do not let yourself go unheard. Being confident and having a voice is instrumental in building your credibility. Work hard, take pride in what you do and always remember why you started. What is one dream you have yet to fulfill? Dancing is a personal passion of mine. I have been ballroom dancing for over 6 years, and it is my dream to one day participate in an amateur dance competition. Would you rather win the lottery or work at the perfect job? Why? The perfect job. I strive to inspire, educate, empower, and develop all of those around me for I truly believe success follows those who champion a cause greater than themselves. What is one of your favorite books or movies and why does it resonate with you? Eat Pray Love by Elizabeth Gilbert. This book is a great reminder that life is about pleasure, it is never too late to find yourself, and happiness is all a state of mind.

Katie oversees a portfolio of over 13M SF of commercial product encompassing office, industrial and retail properties. Her responsibilities include managing operational and financial performance of the portfolio as well as supervising property management and maintenance personnel. Additionally, Katie is responsible for finding new business opportunities and expanding the portfolio.
As an affiliate of NAI Global, NAI DESCO provides commercial real estate brokerage and management services to Eastern Missouri and Southern Illinois, providing international services with a local focus. Where do you see yourself in five years?
