A. This stands for a electro milogram/nerve conduction velocity test. These tests are commonly performed after having an MRI which may or may not show a problem such as a herniated disc, disc bulge, stenosis, or other problems putting, pressure on the nerve. The way this is accomplished is by 'blending' the new color into the mating panels. By blending one color into another you create a seamless transition between the new color and the existing color. Even though repairs may not have been performed on the blended panel, this area must still go through the full preparation process for painting, they must be sanded cleaned, masked off to prevent overspray painted/blended, and clear coated. Q: Dr. Ringel, my eyes seem to burn and itch a lot this spring. What is the cause of this and can anything be done?

A: Your symptoms are very commonly reported in those patients with allergic conjunctivitis. The conjunctiva is a thin, clear layer of tissue that covers the white Michael F. Symptoms may range from mild itching without discharge to a severe reaction where the eye is swollen shut. Q. What should I do if I miss the income tax deadline?

A. First and foremost, don’t panic but file as

soon as possible. If you owe money, the quicker you file your return, the less penalties and interest you will have to pay. An application for an installment agreement is available to pay the remaining balance. There are penalties for filing after the due date, and for not paying the entire tax bill. You will not be charged penalties and interest on a late filed return if you are due a refund. But if your return is not filed within three years, you could forfeit your right to the refund.
