Château d’eau de l’Europe, la Région du Léman s’est formée autour de quatre lacs : le Lac Léman, dans lequel se re¾ètent les terrasses de Lavaux, le Lac de Neuchâtel, aux plages de sable ½n, le Lac de Morat et le Lac de Joux qui, l’hiver, se transforme en patinoire géante.

Les Pala½ttes, c’est quoi ? Près de 1000 sites préhistoriques similaires ont été retrouvés dans six pays bordant les Alpes. Ces villages érigés au Néolithique ont en commun d’être enfouis sous l’eau ou dans le sable, ce qui a assuré leur préservation. Véritables trésors lacustres, ces sites sont la mémoire de nos lointains ancêtres.
Was uns Pfahlbauten zu erzählen haben ? In sechs Alpenländern gibt es fast 1000 vergleichbare prähistorische Fundstätten. Die Gemeinsamkeit dieser in der Jungsteinzeit errichteten Dörfer ist, dass sie heute unter Wasser oder Sand liegen und so erhalten geblieben sind. Als eigentliche Schätze in oder an Seen sind sie das Gedächtnis unserer frühen Vorfahren.
What are The Pala½ttes ? Nearly one thousand similar prehistoric sites were found in six countries bordering the Alps. These villages, which were built in the Neolithic Age, have several features in common : they were buried under the water or in the sand, which ensured their preservation. These authentic lakeside treasures bear witness to our distant ancestors.
