A Different Kind of Government School At the Robertson School of Government, the faculty dedicate themselves to preserving and defending the same values that guided America’s Founding Fathers in the formation of our great republic. We will never deride the role of faith in politics. Rather, we believe only a nation rooted in liberty, justice and virtue will long endure. These are not just American values, but rather timeless principles that span the globe and provide answers to perplexing public policy questions. Indeed, today’s challenges are many: wealth and opportunity inequalities, human trafficking, the erosion of civil liberties, global terrorism, cyberwarfare, fragile governments and insecurity everywhere. In these challenging times, a new generation of leaders must answer the call to public service. For more than 30 years, the Robertson School of Government has pursued knowledge and wisdom through careful scrutiny of competing perspectives, theories and ideas. Our graduates depart equipped to lead in a diverse, changing world. They exemplify Regent’s motto: “Christian Leadership to Change the World.”
