The Colpaert Collection A selection of photographs & postcards documenting Valère Colpaert’s time at Croesnewydd Military Hospital in Wrexham, where he recuperated with 100 other wounded Belgian soldiers during the First World War. Valère was from the Belgian town of Middelkerke. This collection is now the care of Ronny Van Troostenberghe in Belgium.
