PICKING UP YOUR PLAYOFFS TICKETS Will Call: In-person pickup at the Joe Louis Arena Box Office begins Friday, April 19, 2013 at 10 a.m. Tickets can be picked up only by the Season Ticket Holder of record. A photo ID and copy of your invoice is required. Express Delivery: Tickets can be shipped only to the address on the Season Ticket Account (see invoice). Tickets cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box. The Season Ticket Holder is responsible for any package delivered to an incorrect address and will be subject to a $25 re-routing fee. All address changes must be submitted to the Detroit Red Wings on or before Monday, March 18, 2013. PLAYOFFS PARKING JOE LOUIS PARKING STRUCTURE Please indicate the number of spaces you are requesting on your playoffs invoice and add the appropriate amount to the invoice total. Season Ticket Holders who purchase parking will be charged in accordance with their payment plan. All monies collected for home games that are not played will be refunded within 20 business days of the conclusion of the 2013 Playoffs.
3 PAYMENT OPTIONS 1. Pay in full for all 16 potential home games (Credit card, cash or check) 2. Pay as the Wings play (Credit card* ONLY) Only pay for the games that the Wings play. No commitment for the 2013-14 season is required to obtain this payment option. 3. Pay for 1 and 2, wait for 3 and 4 (Credit card, cash or check)
Pay for Rounds 1 and 2, then receive an invoice for Rounds 3 and 4. Rounds 1 and 2 are due with playoffs/renewal payment. Round 3 is due May 30, 2013. Round 4 is due June 3, 2013. To ensure that your 2013 Playoffs tickets are valid, all payments must be current according to your selected payment plan. Tickets may be deactivated at the discretion of the Detroit Red Wings due to missed payments. *Automatic Payment Authorization allows us to automatically charge your credit card on assigned dates. You must provide a single credit card number and sign the Automatic Payment Authorization on your invoice. Multiple credit cards will not be accepted. Renewal deadline for the 2013 Stanley Cup® Playoffs is Monday, March 18, 2013.
