t WestJet, it’s our goal to make air travel something our guests not only enjoy but look forward to. That’s why it makes sense to us that an airline should never intentionally overbook a flight. It’s something that we just don’t do. Getting you there on time is important to us as well, that’s why we are proud to be the most on-time airline in Canada.* We know we have made a difference in the air travel experience of Canadians and our guests because in 2019 we were named Canada’s most trusted airline; as well as voted Canada’s best airline and the winner of the Travellers’ Choice Award by Trip Advisor, for the third year in a row.** To celebrate some of these distinctions, our team used our latest advertising campaign to demonstrate how WestJet is different by playfully showing how travel can feel when other airlines don’t treat people with the same care that we do. Yes, sometimes we do have occasional delays— but you can expect to be treated with care when you’re facing some of the uncontrollable stresses of travel. It’s our goal to show you that we are a different airline when it comes to care, and we plan on keeping it that way. We recognize how important and valued that you, our guests, are and are motivated by that thought every day. We hope you enjoy the message, the storytelling and above all, your next journey with us.
