Oct. - After months of negotiations, Seattle Bike Supply purchases Redline on the eve of Halloween. The So.Cal. factory is quickly packed up and moved up to Kent, WA..
Jan. - Don’t ask us why - Redline changes their team colors to pink, white and black. Sign of the times, we suppose.
1990 May - Blame it on pink? Mista Bill is having the best year of his career. Must be that tiny backyard track.
Nov. - Griggs comes oh-soclose to winning the No.1 Pro title. Ends up No.3 for the year.
Jan. - Now under SBS ownership, the 1990 group of Redlines include only seven models of 20 inch bikes. On the flipside, the line-up also includes seven mountain bikes, two juvenile ATB’s and three road bikes.
