Born on a ranch in western South Dakota, Doug earned a B.S. degree from Dickinson State University in North Dakota and a Master’s Degree from the University of Montana at Missoula. The next twelve years Doug spent teaching for a Department of Defense Doug Kroft Dependent School system. Broker Owner, GRI He lived and worked 209-0373 in numerous countries including Korea, Germany, Belgium, England, Bahrain, and Holland. Doug is the Broker/Owner of Red Lady Realty and has been a resident of Crested Butte since 1977. Doug has a strong environmental ethic and is a firm believer in open space. He enjoys skiing and snowboarding and in the summer, his life-long love of horses! He loves the mountains, ranch work and our Western heritage. Steve is a native of Portland, Oregon, and a graduate of Gonzaga University. University. Achieving the rank of Captain in the U.S. Army after graduation, Steve was in Private business until earning his real estate license in 1969. Jackie is a native of New Madrid, MO a farming community on the Mississippi River. She earned a B.S. in Medical Technology from the University of Tennessee. Jackie came to Crested Butte in1973. She and her husband have built or remodeled numerous homes in the area and have been residents of C.B., Mt Jackie Ingham C.B., Gunnison and Skyland. A native of Louisiana, Glena made Crested Butte her permanent home in 1986 after attending the University of Oklahoma for three years and then obtaining a degree in History from Louisiana State University. Glena has been selling real estate in Crested Butte for over 23 Glena Galloway years and has consistently been a top producer in the Broker Associate community as well as for Red 596–0139 Lady Realty.  She balances a successful career with the responsibilities of raising her two children, Eric and Sydney. Glena is an avid golfer with several club titles to her credit, enjoys cross country skiing, hiking and bird hunting with her labs.

Shelley has lived in Crested Butte since 1972. Joe has lived in the Crested Butte Area since 1972 and is one of the rare individuals that attended preschool through high school in the valley and continues to remain. After attending the University of Colorado, Joe returned to Crested Butte to run the Idle Spur Restaurant and Brewery.
