RIANKA BOSE SAHA

With raw hope Attempt, again I look in vain For the long shadows Cast by yesterday's walk Through the woods But they have disappeared The sun shines brighter And I take a dip Inside my head Scrounging for memories Instead scraps of yesterday As my fingers bleed Crimson love Drowned voices of insanity Looking for love ain't the only trouble Ain't the only thing wrong here Rather the utter lack of it Rianka Bose Saha is a published writer and a poet. Four of her stories have been published in various anthologies including, 'A Fallen Leaf' an anthology of fifteen stories, 'Arising from the Dust' an anthology of 32 stories, 'Tea with a drop of honey' anthology and an Anthology by the Book Buzz, 21 Stories for ’21. Her poetry pieces have also found space in a few poetry anthologies and commas and half strokes writing platform. She loves the written word in any form and loves to experiment with various writing styles. She is a full time mom and a day dreamer, mostly lost in the suspense thriller novels strewn around her. She dreams of owning a little library some day.
