Through colours, Hadeer challenges the argument that modern buildings disconnect humans from the land. The Art Centre houses a number of halls and hosts a number of cultural activities and functions in the Kingdom. It provides a range of local, regional and international fine arts experiences through its annual
programme, enabling Bahrainis and residents to discover artworks from the Arab world and beyond. The centre is open to the general public from 8am to 1pm and 4.30pm to 8pm from Saturday to Wednesday, except when there are official holidays. Her more recent positions have involved running insurance courses in a Bahraini training institute, founding an educational consultancy business, running the campus of an American university in Bahrain and setting up the leadership and professional development divisions at a Saudi start-up chemical company.
