Directions: 1) Combine juices and nectar in punch bowl; chill until ready to serve. 2) Stir champagne and brandy into mixture. Add cranberries and ice.

At the Capital Club DJ Alphonso spins his magic while you feast on an international buffet and indulge in your favourite cocktails. • 1 x 400 grams can chopped tomatoes • Sea salt flakes to taste • 1 large egg (or 2 eggs if needed) • 2 teaspoons grated parmesan (or more as needed) • 1 splash of chilli oil (optional ) Directions: • Pour the olive oil into a frying pan, and add miced garlic, chilli flakes and put the pan over a medium heat, stirring, for 1 minute. • Add the tomatoes, salt, and let it come to a bubble. Make sure its hot enough to poach an egg in. • Crack in the egg (or eggs) and sprinkle the parmesan over it, leaving some of the yellow yolk still exposed. Partially cover with a lid. Let it bubble for 5 minutes, by which time the white should be set and the yolk still runny • Remove from the heat, garnish with chilly oil and enjoy with bread of your choice. December 2014 159
