With our Apprenticeship programme at Redbridge College, you can get a great placement on a course that’s right for you, and earn a fair wage as you learn.

Level 2 Apprenticeship in Business and Administration Duration: 1 year What you will learn: « Essential administrative skills « Communication techniques « Handling the day-to-day tasks in an office environment « Ensuring the smooth operation of business on a basic level « Scheduling and appointment management « Organising people and resources as required The roles you’ll cover: The term ‘administration’ covers a broad range of roles, including (but not limited to) the following: « Executive Assistants « Secretaries « Administration Assistants « Data Entry Clerks « Office Juniors Entry requirements: Apprenticeship candidates must be aged 16 or over, not currently be in full-time education or a graduate, and able to demonstrate a good standard of English and maths Assessment: Apprentices will be assessed through observations in the work place, written assignments, a Technical Certificate test and witness testimonies What next: After completing the course, you can either continue in employment or progress to take your Level 3 Business and Administration Apprenticeship
