New Building Engineer website
Your favourite construction engineering journal is now only a click away F or as long as I can remember, whenever I have spoken to CABE members and mentioned that I work on Building Engineer, the fi rst question I get asked is: when is it going to be available online? Since the relaunch of the journal in October, Building Engineer has been available online in a digital format, but now we can fi nally, and proudly, say that Building Engineer is truly part of CABE’s digital transformation with the launch of buildingengineer.org.uk buildingengineer.org.uk contains all the same in-depth articles and news as the journal as well as some exclusive online content. All CABE members will be able to access the whole site for free – look out for an e-mail with your log in details, which means you will no longer have to wait for the next edition to pop through your lett erbox.
Colleagues and friends of the Association will be able to view sections including news, but if they wish to read any articles, they will need to sign up to a digital subscription of Building Engineer. cbuilde.com/page/building_engineer_subscribe
The new site contains links to further reading and the opportunity to sign up for a Building Engineer newslett er to keep you abreast of industry news and legislative changes.
This is a genuinely exciting development, and one that I am sure that all building engineers will be keen to embrace.
