We are a Joint Venture operation that funds entrepreneurial start-up businesses. We take care of all the back-end support functions of the business allowing the Recruit Venture partner to deal with the front-end operations and focus on their core business. We advance capital for the business start-up which becomes part of a formal shareholders agreement and we work along side our Joint Ventures to support and grow their business into an established brand. A recruitment Joint Venture is not a franchise – in fact, it could not be further from a franchise model. The Recruit Ventures capital investment plan creates YOU a brand and business of your own and gives you a shareholding and directorship which you own and control with your board of directors.
