campus recap Rectory’s annual activities and events include the first-day-of-school field day, black and orange days, Halloween festivities, the Heart-y Party, MLK Day of Service, the spring musical, recycled regatta, MELP, and sending chapel. There were many memorable moments this year.
(BELOW) Sending Chapel: Rectory’s Chaplain, True Bryant, and Director of the Arts, Donna Bessette, wove music, 9th-grade and departing faculty speeches into the hour-long service held in the Pomfret School Clark Chapel.

(ABOVE) The Party with Heart: Our Heart-y-Party is an annual December tradition for the middle school. With a theme of giving, the School community collects donations for local children in need. During the party, students pack bags to include for donation, enjoy lots of homemade foods, dress up in our photo booth, and play board games with faculty.
