Samsung Launches Strong Camcorder Lineup with Innovative Features by JonathanK At Consumer Electronics Show 2012 in Las Vegas, Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd, a global leader in digital media and digital convergence technologies has announced the launch of new camcorders as follows: the Q20/QF20, W300/W350, and F80. CES is a major technology-related trade show held every year in January at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas, United States. Let’s take a look at the new Samsung camcorders!
1. The Q20 & QF20 – Samsung’s Innovative Switch Grip Camcorder
The Q20 is the next model of the switch grip camcorder Q10. Added to the Q20 is Vertical Recording, which increases flexibility with three recording angles. Also featured is a 1080i Full HD recording, 20x optical zoom, and creative functions in a slim and portable form. Furthermore, the QF20 offers Wi-Fi capability to users so they can quickly upload their contents and Auto-Backup to the selected PC. What about its design? It’s a slim and portable form. Ideal for young families, it is a lightweight and easyto-use grab-and-go companion.
The camcorder is featured with Samsung’s new ‘Shake It’ feature, which gives an extra sense of fun to family movies. ‘Shake It’ allows artistic effects to be randomly added with a simple shake of the camera and art time lapse effects including reverse time lapse. 2. The W300 & W350 – Perfect Camcorder for the On-the-Road Adventurer
Samsung’s W Series camcorders are well known for their multi-proof functions. The W300 is Samsung’s latest model of ruggedized range camcorders. It is an ideal design for sports and outdoor enthusiasts with it being waterproof up to five meters, shock-proof from heights of up to two meters and dust-proof. The multi-proof function allows the users to capture all the action and an outdoor lifestyle in 1080/30p Full HD video. There’s also the W350 model, which is featured with an optional floating bumper that enables filming while floating the camcorder on water. Even in a low light situation, you can have high quality images with its F/2.2 Bright Lens and the 5M BSI SMOS Sensor. Isn’t it a perfect camcorder for extreme use? 3. The F80 – Family-Friendly Camcorder
