Swedish House Mafia ”SHM” - last tour. The famous trio and djgroup Swedish House Mafias are going to complete all the years together with a final tour. They do this because that they have decided to divide of several reasons. In November 2012 are they going to do a final concert like a trio. Nobody knows if they will be reunited, but we will see. In Stockholm, on the inside of the new building Friends Arena, will they play the three gigs that are going to play in Sweden. ”Reasons for breaking up” Right now everybody talking about SHM that is going to end the group because that they think that it is important for them to focus on their individual careers. During the tour are they going to give everything in Swedish House Mafia and after that, are they supposed to bet everything on themselves. Not give the half time on the group and the other time on themselves.
”Sparkle with fun” Warm-up band are playing for four hours before Swedish House Mafia enter the stage. It going to be several sweaty and fun hours on the dance floor. If when count in all the people in all the three concert, is it going to be around 100 000 people. All these people are going to dance and be crazy with SHM:s songs in the speakers. ”Popular” Some of their most popular songs are ”Save the World”, ”Don ´t you worry child” and ”Greyhound”. Around 21 million people has seen Greyhound on youtube. They also sold out Madison Square Garden in just nine minutes. Swedish House Mafia, also called ”SHM”, are a dj-group. The members of the group are Steve Angello (30), Axel ”Axwell” Hedfors (34) and Sebastian Ingrosso (29). Steve Angello and Sebastian Ingrosso were childhood friends and together they got to know Axwell and created this fabulous group that has affected worldwide.

The crew on the hospital has writing which department and what they is treated for. The hackers do not get the medical records, which means that they don’t know how the patients are today. The information the hackers get is from 1990 to 2009-09-31.

IFK Karlskrona is a handball team from Blekinge. Back in time it was a team who played in Eliteserien, the highest serie in sweden. After that time it went from bad to worse. Today have ÍFK done a revival and have a god future to look forward to, with great junior players and a good ateam. It’s a small team witch a big heart and a small economy, how it’s going to work? IFK back in times Back in the time IFK Karlskrona was a elitserielag. They was in the highest division and had players like Lars Faxe then. Everything was different on that time, it was usually crowded on the grandstand, both young and older persons was going on handball then. IFK karlskrona was established in 1939. It is a very special club for me because my grandpa, Jan Folkesson played there in younger days. Handball has been passed down from generation to generation, and one day my children will play there. A windy autumn day I decided to meet Jan Folkesson and ask little about IFK Karlskrona.
What memories do you have from your time in IFK? -I have many great memories, it was a very big thing that we was in elitserien and it was more ”heart” on that time i think. All players struggle hard and we had a very good team on that time. IFK was great back in time, but what happened then? -It’s a great question! I think it was our economy was the problem, The other clubs had money and we not, so we couldn't pay our players and then they left from IFK. When they left we slowly go down and down in the divisions. Their wasn't nor youths in the club either. That’s was the problem’s i think. Do you think IFK Karlskrona will play in Elitserien in the future? -It’s a difficult question, but my heart say yes. I have heard that we have a very good juniors in IFK right now. These youngsters have a long way left but with a good coach and others imported preconditions I think they could go far. continue...

13 DECEMBER 2012 The new IFK Today IFK have done a new venture and the economy is stable. Today IFK Karlskronas A-team plays in division three and the u-team plays in division four. The both team is unbeaten and IFK has a bright future. They have two trainers, Lasse Hällquist is coach for the a-team and Lars Faxe lead the youngsters. These both trainers has a past in IFK and they both burning about it. Lars Faxe have also played in the national team and is a model for many people. Witch these great trainers i think IFK one day play in Elitserien. I took contact with Lars Faxe and asked him little questions about IFK. When i met Lars I notice that he is very goal-oriented and that he now what he was doing.
Is the economy good right now? yes i will say so, we save a lot of money and the youngsters pay the material and any travelings by them self. This a think is great and we have saved a lot of money when we sell plots, this helps in our economy. So yes! we have an sustainable economy and it will be better and better with new sponsors that have write a contract with IFK.
What do you think about IFK Karlskronas Future? I think it could be really good!, then I aims on the youngsters who one day will take over for the A-team and probably take the handball in Karlskrona to a new level.
NHL player to Frölunda The swedish hockey team Frölunda have sign a contract with a NHL star. He’s name is Brendan Bell and the contract is until the 30 April. He played against Frölunda last season and the the hockey club give him a good impression.

I think it is obvious that you should be 4able to trust the supplements from different suppliers. I have myself eaten many different supplements and have a lot of experience from it. I think it is NFAs responsibility to adjust the contents of the product. Food supplements today is very easy to get. You can buy it in health stores or in the grocery or order it online. It mainly contains carbohydrates and protein which NFA is responsible to adjust. Those who use supplements has to be sure that they can trust the products. I have certain times experienced side effects. I have for example felt more tired than usual after a workout when i forgot to take my supplement. I have also felt unusual tired when i forgot to take my Creatine in the morning. If you are taking supplements with caffeine you might get dependent to it. To much caffeine in same time is also illegal.
Golden rules Eat proper food as often as you can, main tip for you who wants to build muscles. Sleep much and train good.
I have felt lesser side effects from taking supplements. Sometimes when i forget to take my supplement after training i feel tired. I’ve also felt unusual tired when i forget to take my creatine. I have never experienced serious side effect from supplements. A pretty common side effect from supplement is that you after a while will build up a resistance for it, and there for have to increase the dosage. If you not want take supplement to make you alert you can make yourself a cop of coffee and add two or three lumps, it gives the same effect. I’ve seen some serious side effects from supplements. My friend was going to the gym , he had as usual eaten his performance enhancing supplement. When he started to lift some weights he fainted to the ground. He woke up on the hospital and we told him what happened. He got a serious anxiety when they told him they thought he got and heart attack. Some supplements is not trustable which i think is shameful. Thats why you should ask someone who knows before you start taking supple!

I always tell my friends that real food is the best way to go. You can train like a pro and still get no results. Thats because you have to eat proper all the time. If you eat bad food you will get no results. I think supplements is good because it makes me alert after training and also gives me better recovery. Supplements that contain carbohydrates and protein is actually food in a form of powder. But real food like fish and meat is always better. If you train much you also have to eat much. I always take a proteindrink when i dont have time to fix any food. If you take a drink after training you have like 2 hours to come home and cook a nice dinner.

Safety first Always ask people who knows before ordering any supplement and always follow the dosage and the recommendations.
I should be eating more than i actually do. Even if i eat really much today i should be eating more, but i dont got the time or the opportunity to do it. A good example is Gunde Svan. He ate over 10 000 calories a day when he was in the middle of his carrier. Every day i start by taking my creatine and eat a good breakfast. After 8 hours of sleep you have to refuel. Sometimes it is hard to eat in the morning, you don’t always have the appetite, those times it’s easy to take a proteindrink instead. After workout later on i take a proteindrink again and then one more before i go to sleep. I always feel difference when not taking my proteindrink. Im a daily consumer of supplements and cant agree with those who says that eating just food is enough. My personal tips to those who believe you cant train without supplements is: Eat as much as you can - as often you can.
