The JCI Creative Young Entrepreneur Award (JCI CYEA) was launched in 2005 worldwide by Junior Chamber International as their yearly programme, designed specifically to recognise and honour exceptionally creative young entrepreneurs in their success.
In year 2007, JCI Malaysia endorsed JCI CYEA as national yearly project to provide a competitive platform for our creative young Malaysians to compete and for us to showcase the creative young entrepreneurs of the country.
This programme recognises, honours and celebrates exceptional young entrepreneurs who have started a business using creativity or have improved an existing business through innovative problem solving while adhering to the principles of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
CYEA aims to provide entrepreneurs with a solid platform for recognition, networking opportunities and continuous growth. The award seeks out exemplary companies that excel in their industries in the area of business strategy, growth metrics and best business practices. More than just an award, CYEA provides a platform of opportunity and exposure during and post awards dinner. Awardees are featured in our annual CYEA Publication that will be presented to respected government bodies and investing parties.
In 2021, the award gala dinner will be digitalised to increase visibility of awardees to reach a larger audience group. Thus, making the outreach of the awardees beyond a city, state or country. This movement will connect, communicate and share the awardees live experience on an international stage.
