WHERE WILL YOU BE STUDYING?
Ideally situated in the dairy county of Cheshire, our 330-hectare campus offers world-class teaching facilities. Based at our commercial farm – which is a regional centre for agricultural education – you will develop your knowledge of mixed and dairy production farming.
MY
DEGREE
"I’m an eighth generation farmer but I’m the first woman to oversee the day to day running of our 250-acre dairy farm. Committing to the family business wasn’t an instant decision. I have a geography degree and a Masters in Rural Estate and Land Management and I worked as a land agent for a while. Working with different farmers made me realise that I could make a difference on our own farm and I decided to become a student again! My Reaseheath degree covered so many interesting topics, like finance and business, but it was the extra experiences which made it special – the visits to farms and businesses, the range of speakers and the people you met. That was what gave me the confidence to progress and change."
