1. Logging In
The first time you open eXplore, you will be asked for your Username and Password. Enter your CDX login information and tap Login. NOTE: You must be a current Xceligent subscriber in order to access eXplore. If you do not currently subscribe to Xceligent and would like to learn more about us, please visit us at www.xceligent.com or contact us at (866) 303-2895. After logging in, eXplore will ask “Would you like to use your current location?� Tap Yes.

2. The eXplore Map View
The application opens at the eXplore Map View. Your current location will appear in the center of the map. The Map Pins represent For Sale and For Lease listings that are currently available within the Map View. Pinch to zoom in/out to view more properties, Double Tap to zoom in on a specific area. The color of the Map Pin indicates the property’s General Use or Property Type.
Red = Retail Orange = Industrial Yellow = Special Use Green = Land Blue = Office Purple = Multi-unit Housing
NOTE: The Map View will display a maximum of 100 pins. Pinch or Double Tap the screen to zoom in on the map and view more available properties.

3. The eXplore Toolbar The eXplore Toolbar is located across the top of the screen.
3.1 Universal Search
The Universal Search is located in the upper right corner of the Map View and can search by: Address Property Name Listing Agent NOTE: Setting additional search criteria will reset the Universal Search field.
3.2 List Icon
Tapping the LIST icon will open a page on the left of the screen listing the properties in your search window. This screen may also be accessed by swiping the tab located on the left side of the screen.

Tapping the Criteria (Search) Icon will open the Property Details search criteria menu. This menu you will help you narrow down the results that appear on your map view by:
Property Type Listing Type Building Size Lot Size Building Class (Office Only) Available Space Occupancy Year Built Asking Rate/Price Sale Price
NOTE: The Property Details search criteria can also be accessed by swiping the tab located on the right of the screen.
3.3 Location Icon
Use the LOCATION icon to re-center the map to your current location or to search for listings in other Metro areas.

Selecting the GALLERY icon will bring the listings up in a tile format.
3.5 Polygon Icon
Clicking the POLYGON icon will open a drawing toolbox allowing you to draw geographic parameters on the map – either a Polygon (freehand) or a Radius (from a specific point). From here, you can also define your three radius sizes when performing a Quick Study Radius Search NOTE: Multiple Radius and Polygon searches can be selected at one time.

[EXPLORE USER GUIDE] 3.4.1 Drawing Tools – Quick Study Radius Search The Drawing Tools allows you to define the three radius sizes when performing a Quick Study directly from the map. The default rings are 0.5, 1.0, and 1.5 miles. To create a Quick Study Radius search, select a center point for your search and press for 3 seconds. The Quick Study Radius Search will appear. To close the Quick Study Radius Search, tap the Close Radius icon in the upper left corner.
3.4.2 Drawing Tools – Polygon (Freehand) Search From the Drawing Tools menu, tap the Draw icon. With your finger, draw the search parameters on the map. To clear the polygon search, tap the draw Close Polygon icon.

[EXPLORE USER GUIDE] 3.4.3 Drawing Tools – Radius from a Point From the Drawing Tools menu, tap the Add icon. With your finger, select a center point for your search and drag it to your desired distance. To clear the radius search, tap the Clear Radius icon.
3.6 Map Type Icon
Tapping this icon will take you to the Map Layer menu. Select from the following map types:
Standard Satellite Hybrid
3.7 Favorites Icon
The Favorites Icon will take you to your Favorites list. Here you can view any of the listings you have marked as a favorite.

4. Viewing Listing Information There are several ways to view available space on eXplore. 4.1 Results Panel The Results Panel is located on the left side of the Map View Screen. Slide the tab to open the Results Panel. This panel will include all of the listings that currently appear in the Map View, or that fall within the parameters of your Radius or Polygon search. Tap a Listing Summary to zoom to that property on the map.
4.2 Map Results Tap any Pin on the Map View screen to view the listing summary for that pin. To view your selected property’s listing detail, tap the blue arrow on the listing summary.

[EXPLORE USER GUIDE] 4.3 Property Information Screen Similar to the CDX, all available information on an individual property can be accessed from the Property Information Screen. You should notice a similar structure to the CDX – tool icons in the upper right corner and various tabs across the screen.
4.3.1 Property Information Screen – Toolbar
The Listing View Toolbar is located in the upper right corner of each listing/property. From left to right, the tools are as follows: Street View – View this property from the street, as provided by Google. Photos – Access all photos/brochures that are attached to this property and/or listing. Reports – Run one of several reports on this property. Available reports include: Favorites – Flag this property as one of your favorites. 12

[EXPLORE USER GUIDE] Driving Directions – Open Google for driving directions to the property. Update Request – Notify Xceligent’s Research team of a data update on the listing.
4.3.2 Property Information Screen – Overview Tab This tab shows an abbreviated version of available information from the listings, property, contacts, and tenants tabs.
4.3.3 Property Information Screen – Property Tab This tab features basic property information.

[EXPLORE USER GUIDE] 4.3.4 Property Information Screen – Listings Tap either the Sale Listing or the available suite listing to view the listing details. Click the File Cabinet icon to access any brochures that are attached to the listing. Click this icon to create reports that can be emailed, printed, or uploaded to your DropBox account. Reports for lease listings are created from the suite information. Also, you have the option to remove the listing agent’s name and contact information from the report.
4.3.5 Property Information Screen – Tenants Tap on a tenant name to view a specific company’s information.
