I manage a sales and technical team covering the UK and Ireland I have been in the automotive refinish sector since leaving school (37 years ago and counting) It’s a great industry to be part of which isn’t short of a character or two, I am well connected within the industry and have made many friends along the way. Being a manager can be challenging but also enjoyable and rewarding. I am proud to work for Mirka and it’s a great company to work for. I get a lot of satisfaction watching my team personally grow and develop and by passing on my knowledge and experience to them. Would I do it all over again… 100% yes
