Art in Bayfront Park canceled for 2020
Art in Bayfront Park, scheduled for August 22-23, has been canceled for 2020. The festival will return the weekend of August 21-22, 2021.
Festival Director, Sara Collins announced, “Unfortunately, we will not be able to proceed with the 2020 Art in Bayfront Park art festival this summer. With the current COVID-19 restrictions and concerns, we believe this decision will safeguard the health and safety of our artists, vendors, guests, and volunteers. When we are able to come back together next summer, we will celebrate art, community and our beautiful host city Duluth with even greater appreciation.”
Art in Bayfront Park has become a summer tradition for locals and tourists. The two-day event hosts more than 100 high-quality Minnesota and regional artists. Work includes jewelry, painting, photography, ceramics, metalwork, glass and as well as culinary arts and vintage & vinyl markets.
