FOUNDED IN 2004 Stephanie Gasparovic, a former second grade teacher, founded the company under her name. By 2008 Stephanie was recognized as a top agent nationally, being selected for the prestigious ‘30 Under 30’ by REALTOR Magazine.

WORLD CLASS SALES ORGANIZATION In 2009, Ladd Gasparovic, disillusioned with the practice of law, joined forces with his wife. They wanted to create a world class sales organization in residential real estate by combining the high touch, personal feel of a single agent with the powerful marketing, systems, and leadership of a large sales organization. From this vision, the Gasparovic Group was formed.
