Our History Our History

Founded in 1965 by Dale Rector, Realty Executives is one of the largest and most established real estate systems, with over 8,000 agents working across the globe. As the only brand named after it’s people, our Executives, we were founded on the idea that our network and the people that represent us come first. Creator of the first ever 100% commission concept, we attract and retain the most productive, efficient and successful real estate professionals in the industry through our unparalleled brand, technology, training and concierge services. Our company is a place where passion meets business, and 55 years later we continue to innovate, thrive and adapt to the market. It’s about making YOU and your personal brand a priority, and working toward the future.
