Alison has worked in many roles including pie, pasty and cake manufacturing, sales representative, NSW State Manager, National and International Sales and Business Development Manager, General Manager and to her new role as CEO.
With 30 Years experience in the baking industry and an incredible mentor through life and business Alison is taking the Vili’s brand to new heights with growth in wholesale, export, retail and franchising.
