OUR EXCLUSIVE UPGRADE PROGRAMME When purchasing a diamond, sometimes we are not able to get the diamond we really want. We have now made getting the one you want more achievable. Introducing our Diamond Upgrade Programme. When you chose to buy your diamond from us, we are happy to offer you the opportunity to upgrade your diamond, at any time, as many times as you like. This gives you the security in knowing your Diamond will hold it’s value should you desire to exchange it for a larger one in the future. We are offering you, our customer, an invitation to trade-in your diamond for 100% of the price that you originally paid for the diamond component (conditions apply). This also shows how much confidence we have in the quality of the diamonds that we offer you.

THE DEAL So how does it work? When you are ready to upgrade the diamond that you purchased from us, our trained diamond experts will evaluate your diamond to verify it’s condition. If your diamond qualifies, we will provide a quote to you for a diamond that is at least twice the size of your original diamond of same or better clarity and colour. Alterations to your existing jewellery to accommodate the larger gemstone will be included in the quotation. We will then apply 100% of your original purchase price of your diamond to your new one. The criteria to qualify is: - Diamond must be purchased from us - Standard shape (round, oval, princess, cushion, emerald cut, ascher, radiant, heart, Astralis) - D to H colour - IF to SI clarity - Diamond has not been clarity enhanced - Diamond is in original condition (no chips or scratches)
TERMS AND CONDITIONS We will give you a credit equal to 100% of the original diamond purchase price toward the purchase of your new diamond. For example, if you bought a 0.25ct diamond from us for $2995.00, we would buy (credit) this back from you for the same price. This amount will then be credited toward your purchase of a new diamond 0.50ct or larger. The credit value will be based solely on the value of the diamond being submitted for upgrade. Your diamond must be in original condition with the original diamond certificate and or valuation. Any damage to the original diamond may disqualify the diamond from the upgrade program. Damaged diamond certificates may incur a replacement fee. We reserve the right to decline any diamond under consideration for upgrade.
