KERN 1600 The Kern 1600 is a multi-format inserting system in a small footprint. Like all Kern systems, it is built with Swiss quality and precision, making this machine long-lasting, while able to handle virtually all mailings needs. The K1600 can process 6x9’s at 12,000 pieces per hour and flats at 8,000 per hour. What sets this system apart from the competition, is the fast changeover times between jobs, completed in a matter of seconds.
